We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, configuration, and maintenance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar ServiceNow role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and configuration
- Experience with platform upgrades, configuration, and third-party integrations
- ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus
