ServiceNow Administrator/Low-code Developer provides 2nd level support, gathers requirements, and develops solutions. They also implement changes, test implementations, and deploy releases. The ideal candidate has experience with ServiceNow, JavaScript, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Studies or training with a focus on information technology
- Some experience with JavaScript
- Experience with ServiceNow basic functionality (ITSM, ITBM, Custom Apps, Mobile App, Performance Analytics, Portal)
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting (data model, dashboards, Performance Analytics)
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Experience in ServiceNow development (client/server side scripting, Flow Designer) is an advantage
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, AngularJS is an advantage
- Experience in agile software development and design is an advantage
- Service Desk Agent experience is an advantage
