Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years in advisory consulting & technical delivery
• 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations
• 2+ years in proposal writing and SOW creation
• 5+ years leading client workshops
