Egon Zehnder is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Analyst to join their KnowledgeCenterIndia team. The role involves managing and optimizing the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to IT service management. The analyst will assist the CMDB Administrator with design, deployment, and managing ServiceNow Service Mapping solutions, and supporting other ITSM processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- 3+ years' experience implementing, administering, and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery tools
- Solid understanding of Configuration Management practices and principles
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Mapping
- ITIL foundations certification preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
