Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join their team at Adelphi, MD. The successful candidate will support the design, optimization, and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance
- BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline
- At least five (5+) years of relevant experience working in a business analyst, system analyst, or ServiceNow support role
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140
- ServiceNow Certification
- ITIL v4 certified
