ServiceNow Analyst/Developer

This role will be responsible designing, creating, and executing automated test scripts using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) to verify the functionality of custom applications, configurations, and updates within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
• Hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) development, maintenance, and automated regression testing
• Hands-on experience in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Service Modeling
• Proficient in data mapping, data modeling, and data validation
• Hands-on experience in Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)
• Strong understanding of Service Management (ITIL) principles and practices
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
• Strong understanding and experience in project/product management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation skills, and commercial awareness
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Administrator certification
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
