As a ServiceNow Analyst/Developer at Alcon, you will design, create, and execute automated test scripts, collaborate with application owners to model and onboard applications, and drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- Hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) development, maintenance, and automated regression testing
