ServiceNow Application Developer - Assistant Vice President.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to support and implement ServiceNow solutions, design, build, and customize platform applications, and drive the adoption and utilization of ServiceNow services across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in professional software development.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) and building custom workflows and integrations.
• Good knowledge on designing, implementing, and maintaining the CSDM architecture within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within an ITIL framework.
• Strong requirements gathering and refining experience.
• Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications (e.g., ITSM, HAM, VR), ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
