The Senior ServiceNow Architect will lead the design, implementation, and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD. This role involves deep expertise in domain separation, integration, leveraging Generative AI, and governance. The architect will gather requirements, translate business needs, and ensure scalability and security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation
- Hands-on experience implementing domain separation
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Knowledge of Generative AI integration frameworks (NowLLM, OpenAI LLM)
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
