The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to work on a multi-year project, overseeing the architecture and design of a Talent Experience Platform (TXP) in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). This is a fully remote position within a federal government context, requiring US citizenship and background check.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Experience with Stakeholder engagement
• Experience with other ServiceNow products
• Understanding of Agile development
• Ability to manage customer relationships
• Pass proficiency in the background check
