We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the financial services industry to design and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operation Management (ITOM) solutions. This role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards through ServiceNow, focusing on areas like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
- Understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructures
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
