We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB across our enterprise.
Requirements
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the CSDM and CMDB.
- Architect scalable service models and ensure alignment with out-of-box ServiceNow standards.
- Drive cross-module value across ITSM, ITOM, SPM/APM, and SACM.
- Define domain standards, strategies, and roadmaps for both near-term and long-term planning.
- Contribute to enterprise architecture, future-state technology planning, and reference documentation.
- Develop technical specifications ensuring solutions meet scalability, maintainability, security, and performance needs.
- Support technology selection, POCs, prototypes, and integration design.
- Participate in SDLC activities, perform architectural reviews, and ensure solutions meet EA standards.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, supportable, and well-documented.
- Serve as the technical owner for solutions in production and run regular health checks.
- Collaborate with IS teams and business stakeholders to communicate technical issues and major changes.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and feedback.
- Stay current on new technologies and best practices in the domain.
