Requirements
- Experience in a global implementation
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model (CMDB and CSDM)
- Good understanding of ServiceNow ITOM
- Good understanding of integration hub
- Practical experience development based on RIA technology & frameworks
- Practical experience in integration of various platforms / products into one solution
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
