We are seeking a skilled and motivated Architect with extensive experience in ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, GRC, and TPRM to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

  • Design and Development: Oversee the development of custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Integration: Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
  • Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules such as SPM, ITSM, GRC, and TPRM based on client requirements.
  • Testing and Debugging: Ensure thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to guarantee functionality and performance.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements Summary
