Sr Technology Consultant

As a Sr Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform to provide a solution that achieves customer outcomes. You will participate in workshops, design and deliver ServiceNow solutions, and provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience as part of a professional services organization, namely technical consulting; or equivalent education/experience
• Travel up to 30% annually, depending on customer needs
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
