The Senior ServiceNow Architect is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role requires deep expertise in domain separation strategy, integration, and leveraging Generative AI capabilities through NowLLM and/or OpenAI LLM integration.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation
- Hands-on experience implementing domain separation
- Strong expertise across key ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, IRM, and HRSD
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems
- Knowledge of Generative AI integration frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript) and configuring workflows, business rules, and UI policies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ServiceNow architecture governance and solution documentation
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for ServiceNow implementations
