Job Description summary: Fujitsu is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to design and build ServiceNow solutions for multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, data transformation, and integration best practices. This is a full-time remote position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping and integrating data.
- Hands-on experience ServiceNow – ITOM (CMDB, Service Mapping)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integration tools like Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
- Experience working with Data Transformation tools (e.g., Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) for mapping and transforming data.
- Knowledge of data modelling and mapping techniques in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with SQL and querying relational databases.
- Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP, SFTP)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
