Staff Software Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to build scalable applications supporting government agencies. This role focuses on developing high-quality code, system design, and collaboration with stakeholders. The position involves leading engineers through full development cycles and mentoring junior colleagues. It also includes a US Federal customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in architecting and implementing robust database schemas.
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 6+ years of experience with JavaScript, and Java or a similar OO language.
• Extensive experience in designing and optimizing database schemas.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
