ServiceNow Architect

Join our team as a ServiceNow architect to work on various projects in the public and private sectors, contributing to customers' digitalization journey and adding social benefit. As a ServiceNow architect, you will have a central role in designing and developing modern solutions that optimize processes and workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow/ServiceNow architecture
• Experience in Business Process Management and process automation
• At least 10 years of experience as an architect or Tech Lead
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSM or HRSD
• CSA or CIS certification
• Several years of experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow platform and its integrations
• Experience with agile work methods and SAFe certification
• Experience with technical guidance and leadership
• Experience with business development
• Experience with planning and implementing ServiceNow upgrades
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
