Envision Employment Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a global consulting partner. This role requires flexibility to work across US times and with potential international travel. The architect will drive solution design, implementation, and mentoring for ServiceNow platforms, contributing to technical strategy and roadmaps. Focus is on design, implementation, and customer needs understanding.
Requirements
- Design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise IT environments.
- Proven ServiceNow platform implementation and customisation experience.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (latest version preferred).
- ITIL Foundations certification (V3 minimum, V4 preferred).
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services integrations.
- Experience with core ITSM applications in ServiceNow.
- Experience with AD, SSO, and LDAP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Foundational knowledge of relational databases (MariaDB, MySQL, Oracle).
