Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow
- Expertise in understanding customer business needs and technical development
- Expertise in designing ServiceNow solutions
- Experience with IT Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and other related processes
- Strong experience in configuration of ServiceNow applications and CMDB
- Strong development experience in ServiceNow (REST/SOAP, Java scripting etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow integration (LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, etc.)
- Strong project management skills
