OneAdvanced is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of their core ServiceNow platform. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM. The ideal candidate will be a key technical touchpoint for clients, streamlining processes and enabling service excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
- 3+ years in an architectural role.
- Deep working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with implementations.
- Experience with Performance Analytics and ServiceNow Data Foundations.
- Mandatory: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM.
