ServiceNow Architect

Chevron is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join its team in Makati City, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a forward-looking vision for the product area, ensuring quality technical delivery, and driving modernization. The role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, and CSDM model, as well as experience coordinating with multiple product teams and communicating across multiple end users/stakeholders.

Requirements

• Understanding of ServiceNow, ITSM processes, CSDM model, CMDB
• Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-End
• API testing, deployment, and integration
• Azure fundamentals, Azure DevOps
• Experience coordinating with multiple product teams
• Communication across multiple end users/stakeholders, team player
