This is a full-time position for a ServiceNow Architect, requiring extensive IT experience within large enterprise settings. The role involves configuring ServiceNow modules, integrating with third-party applications, and contributing to system documentation and upgrade cycles. The architect will also mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
- Extensive IT experience within a large enterprise.
- Proficient in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, SecOps).
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications.
- Skilled in using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- CAD and Implementation certifications are preferred.
