The ServiceNow Architect will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to optimize IT service management across the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business processes, developing applications and workflows, and ensuring compliance with security standards. The role requires a technical leader capable of mentoring development teams and staying current with ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship with no dual citizenship.
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including architecture and development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow application.
- Experience with ServiceNow module implementations (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
Requirements Summary
7+ years ServiceNow experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Secret Clearance are needed. ITIL knowledge and proficiency in JavaScript & XML is preferred
