We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management and IT Operations. This individual will design and implement ServiceNow solutions to support critical business functions such as asset management, configuration management, incident management, change management, problem management, event management, and tool integrations.
Requirements
- 7 years of IT experience, with a focus on ITSM, IT Operations, and Infrastructure.
- 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and configuration.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules, including: Asset Management (HAM/SAM), Configuration Management (CMDB), Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Event Management.
