ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the overall architecture design and development of ServiceNow implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of ServiceNow experience, supported by ServiceNow certifications and experience serving in an Architect role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) and experience serving in an Architect role
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
• Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine, Service Portal, and Scoped Apps
• Experience guiding senior level clients on ServiceNow strategy and architecture
• Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• Experience leading and mentoring junior ServiceNow team members
• Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct trainings
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands
• Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions
