We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and optimizations. You will be responsible for architecture, integration, customization, and strategic planning for multiple ServiceNow modules. This is a key leadership role requiring deep platform knowledge and strong collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, CSM, CRM
- Integration experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Expertise in automation tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow
- Strong scripting and configuration experience in ServiceNow
- Experience working in healthcare or SLED (State, Local, and Education) environments
Requirements Summary
5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with 3+ years in an architect/lead role. Requires advanced ServiceNow architecture, deep understanding of CSDM and CMDB, and strong integration skills (REST, SOAP)
