We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow modules, integration with cloud platforms, and expertise in automation tools and frameworks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, CSM, CRM
- Integration experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Expertise in automation tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow
- Strong scripting and configuration experience in ServiceNow
- Experience working in healthcare or SLED (State, Local, and Education) environments
