As the ServiceNow Architect Manager at AbbVie, you will take on a critical hands-on role, driving the technical architecture, development, QA/Testing, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 7+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
- 7+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform
- Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
- Experience in the development of ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps for optimal implementation leveraging best practices
- Experience with leading development teams (SMPs) providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences
- Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and while articulating high-quality implementation plans
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
