ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager: Lead design and configuration of ServiceNow implementation architecture, develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions, and advise clients on system stakeholder requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
• 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools
• Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
• Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications, including at least one within ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
• Bachelor’s degree
