ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager

As a ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager, you will lead the design and configuration of a client’s ServiceNow implementation architecture, working with a service management team to develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
• 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
• Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
• Experience with leading development teams providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences
• Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and while articulating high-quality implementation plans
• Bachelor’s degree
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
