As a ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager, you will lead the design and configuration of a client's ServiceNow implementation architecture, developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for clients. You will work with a service management team on developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and custom applications.
- 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications, including at least one within ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
