As a ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager, you will lead the design and configuration of a client’s ServiceNow implementation architecture and work with a service management team to develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions. You will have experience with developing ServiceNow solutions and architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions
- 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools
- Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
- Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications, including at least one within ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
