ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager

ServiceNow Architect, Senior Manager position at Booz Allen, leading design and configuration of client's ServiceNow implementation architecture, developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and solutions, and advising on hands-on design, development, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and custom applications
• 10+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform for DoD or Federal organizations
• Experience with Glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, out of the box config, custom apps, and development methods
• Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
• Experience in working with Government clients in the development of ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps for optimal implementation leveraging best practices
• Experience with leading development teams providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences
• Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and while articulating high-quality implementation plans
• Ability to work with senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications, including at least one within ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HRSD and ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
