The ServiceNow Solution Designer/Architect is responsible for designing and specifying technical solutions in ServiceNow projects. He/she works closely with the development team to implement and manage functionalities on the ServiceNow platforms of Sword’s clients.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience implementing and customizing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules including: CSM, SPM, ITAM
- ITILv3 certification is preferred
