As a Client Director FSI, you will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams to support our most esteemed clients. You will provide strategic leadership to clients, build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships, and develop a clear roadmap to promote an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client management
- 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
