The ServiceNow Solution Designer/Architect is responsible for designing and specifying technical solutions in ServiceNow projects, working closely with development teams to implement and manage functionalities on ServiceNow platforms.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience implementing and customizing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules
- Deep experience with Portal, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications
- Platform Administration, Performance monitoring and issue mitigation, User, group, and role management, Upgrades, etc.
- Experience with: HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, and Python
- Experience integrating third-party tools using REST and SOAP
- Experience with LDAP integration, Mid-servers, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- ITILv3 certification is preferred
- ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications are required
