The ServiceNow Assistant Manager is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting IT department needs and helping integrate existing systems. They should have strong knowledge in Design, Development, and Integration, as well as proficiency in Web Technologies and ITIL Framework. Experience in managing ITSM tools and client communication is essential.

Requirements

  • Strong design and development skills in ServiceNow.
  • Experience in integration of ServiceNow with ITSM, CSDM, ITOM, Knowledge Management, GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, Reporting/Analytics, Custom application.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Requirements Summary

7+ yrs IT exp., B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA, strong ServiceNow skills. Excellent communication & time management. ITIL/Scrum master certs preferred
