This ServiceNow Associate Consultant role focuses on developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of the IT department and wider IT functions. The consultant will support IT systems like ITSM (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, ITOSM, ITOM), and work on developing new modules within the platform. The consultant will also contribute to integrating existing systems with ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ITSM and other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, ITOSM, ITOM).
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (support or development).
- Create technical design document and write unit test cases.
