Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working as a business analyst
- 5+ years of professional services experience
- 3+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow core applications
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow scripting concepts
- Experience setting up and managing a Visual Task Board (VTB)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English language)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Proven ability to prioritize and plan complex work
- Customer-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Office and Teams
