Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis
• 1 year of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus
• Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry-recognized certification is preferred for Senior to Expert levels
• Active TS/SCI clearance
