ServiceNow Business Analyst

Bank of America is looking for an experienced ServiceNow business analyst to help implement ServiceNow's SecOps modules in a new instance. The job is responsible for capturing and refining business needs into actionable requirements for ServiceNow developers. The job requires working closely with stakeholders to ensure business outcomes are delivered, troubleshooting, creating documentation, and assisting with user training.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience translating business needs into requirements for a ServiceNow implementation or major enhancement project
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including familiarity with at least 1 module
• Prior experience in an IT or Cybersecurity role
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
