ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst in ServiceNow to join our team and work on various projects in both the public and private sectors. The role involves leading workshops, defining technical and functional business requirements, and creating value for the business.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, Business Process Management in ServiceNow and process automation.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSM or HRSD. Additional certifications within the ServiceNow suite are a plus.
• Experience in business development.
• CSA or CIS certification.
• Experience of agile working methods and SAFe certification is a merit.
• Higher education or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
