G2IT is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support client facing strategic initiatives, working as a team member on large and complex programs to ensure end-to-end automated solutions are successfully implemented and maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Business Process Analyst experience
- 2+ years of experience specific to ServiceNow implementations
- BA/BS Degree or 4 plus years of relevant experience
- ITILv3 Foundations certificate or higher
- US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or above
- Formal Agile training
- ITILv3 or ITILv4 fundamentals certificate
Benefits
