We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Consultant to support our growth in the ServiceNow Business Group in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be part of an innovative team, working to define and deploy world class customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor/master degree in business, computer science or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three or more years of relevant work experience within the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD and/or other areas in ServiceNow)
- Experience in consulting external customers
- Knowledge of ITSM and agile ways of working frameworks like DevOps, IT4IT, ITIL
