Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing processes on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience providing solutions for ITSM and ITOM offerings
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITIL V4 certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (Nice to have)
- Agile experience (Highly Favored)
