ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - SPM

NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - SPM to join their global team. The consultant will lead and coach a team of Senior Business Analysts to capture customers' business processes and desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant
• Experience and well-versed in SPM programs and demonstrating value to an organization
• Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
• Strong interpersonal, organization, facilitation, and presentation skills
• BSC in CS, IT or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience
