The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to support IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Customer Service Management. This role requires technical leadership, adherence to best practices, and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities for various modules. The role involves managing ServiceNow configuration, coding, automation, and ensuring data consistency.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, S2P).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integration methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and CMDB.

Requirements Summary
