This role requires technical leadership, adherence to best practices, and optimization of ServiceNow capabilities for various modules. The role involves managing ServiceNow configuration, coding, automation, and ensuring data consistency.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, S2P).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and integration methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and CMDB.
