iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support presales solutions, house development, demos, and federal contracts. The Architect will solve problems with an end-to-end solution using ServiceNow, impact the client's mission, and build solutions that modernize and automate customer processes. This role requires experience with consulting, implementation, and maintaining ServiceNow platform components.
Requirements
- Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and advanced POCs.
- Translate prototypes into high quality responses and demos.
- Manage implementation roadmaps and ensure project success.
- Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate them to the ServiceNow technology architecture.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Align business units with corporate strategy.

Requirements Summary
