iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support presales solutions, in house lab development and demos, and one or more federal contracts. The Architect will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment and will support growth through consulting services, focusing on ServiceNow and IT modernization solutions. They will be a core member of the presales team.
Requirements
- Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and advanced POCs.
- Translate prototypes into high quality responses and demos.
- Manages implementation roadmaps, aligns business needs with technical execution.
- Manage key customer relationships and aligns service delivery.

Requirements Summary
