This ServiceNow change management consultant role is focused on supporting the client's digital transformation projects by providing change management support for ServiceNow implementations. The role involves developing change management plans, conducting stakeholder impact assessments, leading kick-off meetings, and facilitating training, adoption, and risk mitigation. The consultant will also participate in Hypercare sessions and contribute to postmortems for improved future implementations.
